On April 30 2019, "Heisei" Emperor Akihito resigned from his throne.
On May 1 2019, Prince Naruhito succeeded the throne and became 126th Emperor of Japan.
The new Emperor was born in February 23 1960 (59 years old). He is called as "Reiwa" Emperor.
